   didn’t get a steak knife with the meal , the bill contained 1 extra drink which i had to get taken off, we asked for a drink while having the meal and the drink was bought to us when we had finished the meal

   It was a quiet Monday night that we got to experience the restaurant for the first time. The ambiance was great. We were welcomed with a smile and professional service throughout the night. The food was delicious. I had the Prawn Tagliatelle which was a little oily to my taste, but the flavour was on point. Also tried the calamari as a starter. It was perfectly prepared. Looking forward to visiting the restaurant again to try the pizza.

   Once more another visit to the best restaurant for miles around. Once more another triumph for Piccalinos Wilmslow. Lotis Madonna the manager and his lovely sidekick Chiara were on hand to greet our arrival with their usual charm wit and kindness. It was my birthday so we got an extra fuss made. Food was superb service spot on. Plates and food hot. My son and I wanted the Waghu Lasagne but it is so popular it was sold out. A tip. When booking request it at the time when you book. My wife and can’t wait to return and are aghast when we read criticisms of Piccalinos. Which planet are they from? I think they must be employed by other restaurants to write such rubbish as it’s the only way they can compete. Well done Piccalinos. You’re the best . Keep up the good work. Clive

   Great food and atmosphere as always - seemed a bit busy in there. We were asked to wait and get drinks the bar as we were slightly too early for our table (5/10 mins), which we happily did, but then waited 20 mins past our booked time! My friend went to enquire about the table and we were taken straight over, so it left us with the impression we’d been forgotten at the bar! Not a great start but a nice night after that

   Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience with us. We're disappointed to learn that there were elements of your experience which detracted from what would otherwise have been a highly enjoyable evening. On Saturday nights, in particular at Christmas time, it's not unusual for guests to experience a wait at the bar as we turn our tables around as quickly and efficiently as possible for the following seating. We can assure you that at no point in service are any of our guests forgotten about. And we apologize for any confusion you may have experienced as a result of the evenings busy atmosphere. That said we'd encourage you to return throughout January in the week when we have fantastic offers through our Club IR. We do hope to see you soon and wish you a very happy New Year!

    I can never stress enough how amazing the staff is! Friendly, helpful and full of good advice regarding the dish to choose and wine pairing Really love to come as the variety of the menu suits every occasion from an informal pizza to a more sophisticated sea food based meal Keep going!
