                                                                        We had a great pre-Christmas luncheon at Pier 22 and it was wonderful! We had great service and would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Nice view of the water and great company made it even better!

                                                                        Our 1st table was right beside a door to the patio. Very cold and we had to ask to be moved. Shocked they would seat folks there in light of the temperature. We were moved to another table. Very crowded room and we had to "ask" for water 3 times. My prime rib was cold.

                                                                        Ordered prime rib medium. My slice was very thin compared to others at the table and it was well done. Sent it back to get another piece medium but very tough. Not a good night for prime rib.

                                                                        Ordered the chicken cordon blue. Had to send it back because it was tough and didn't appear to have been cooked properly. The manager did come over and said they would redo it. Waited quite a while for them to bring a new one, which they did. This time cooked properly. The food was ok but not the best I have eaten. They did offer me a dessert which I didn't have as I don't eat desserts. It would have been better if they had reduced the bill. Service was slow and the server wasn't very friendly. We won't be returning.
