   Food was nice but service was not as good as I've come to expect from this type of venue. I’m also a returning customer and was disappointed with this trip and just the general not caring attitude of the staff. It’s a real shame, given the setting and good food

   From start to finish, the service was on point from everyone they made me feel comfortable, especially being a solo traveller. I was there having a birthday breakfast and the food chef kissed 10/10. I couldn't fault it.

   First time at Pier One. Loved it! Food was good. Staff were friendly and polite. Very leisurely service with good waiting times between ordering drinks, then lunch, followed by dessert. No rush at all, just chill and relax. Gorgeous views, especially of the luxury yacht which was moored there!

   Fantastic food! My husband had the fish of tfw day - barracuda, and I had blackened barracuda on Caesar salad. We absolutely loved the flavours. Super service, beautiful setting and the sea and pool to swim in. What could be better!

   Although Pier One is a bit pricey, it is worth every dollar spent. Wait staff and management are wonderful. Restaurant has beautiful ambiance. And the food is absolutely delicious!! It’s definitely a wonderful treat!!

    We have eaten there many times and on this occasion it was disappointing; the service was slow, and was extremely noisy with screaming young children and the pool was not tempting due to this so we left after our meal. Some of the staff were lovely and I was paid a lovely compliment by one young lady but some staff also seemed quite insincere. My husband had the steak sandwich which was quite fatty. We would return but not on this holiday and hope next time it has improved and the entire experience once again feels more special.
