Since, 1982 Piero’s Italian Cuisine has been a Las Vegas staple restaurant with an old-school feel reminiscent of 1980s luxury. Our menu features authentic Italian food, market fresh seafood, premium steaks, and one of the largest wine selections in Las Vegas.

Piero’s is a free standing building conveniently located across the street from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. We have eight (8) beautifully designed rooms to accommodate most dining preferences. Whether it is a table for two, a banquet, or a private dining experience our award winning staff will help make your meal at Piero's the most enjoyable.

Piero's has earned top industry awards throughout the years including Best of Las Vegas and Wine Spectator’s Best of Excellence.

                                                                                              You have to start with the “garbage” Caesar salad. It is delicious! The chicken parm is amazing with a side dish of pasta. The service was impeccable! The ambiance just screams old Vegas opulence. We will definitely be back.

We had a delicious dinner with their special garbage salad, chicken, parmigiana, and linguine and clams. With a special birthday dessert.

                                                                                              My second time visiting here while staying in Vegas. The wait team is so friendly and so helpful. They welcome me as a party of one just as sincere if I were a party of four. This time I tried an old fashioned drink as my start cocktail as I saw so many last time ordering. It was super delicious. All the food and recommendations were wonderful. I will definitely be back again and again. This is a gem of a place.

This is our 2nd time to Piero’s and the food and atmosphere can’t be beat. Define have the Garbage Caesar to open the meal! Thank you again Jason!

The atmosphere has the delightful feel of vintage Las Vegas! The basket of warm bread and fresh salad with the best vinaigrette dressing! We enjoyed the pasta, meatballs and chicken parmesan! The seafood and steaks are prepared to perfection! We dined last night! Thank you to our server Jason and the entire staff for a lovely evening!!
