   Always delicious, great customer service, great atmosphere and perfect price. I highly recommend this restaurant as one of my favorites of all time.

   Piero's was outstanding as always. My brother and his friends were in town visiting so we took them there. The food was exceptional -- appetizers, meals and desserts. The drinks were a generous size and strong. The service couldn't have been better -- Danielle and Ryan were fabulous. And Debbie the valet couldn't have been nicer - I was walking with a cane due to a fall, she helped me into the SUV and put our doggie bags in back. It was very crowded on a Saturday night, but the timing of everything was impeccable and no delays. What a great place! We are locals and always go back here.

   I have been going to Pieros for 30 years. It's one of my favorite restaurants. I go every time I'm in town. Probably 3 times a year. I was looking forward to this meal for weeks and couldn't have been more disappointed. I ordered the osso bucco which along with their veal chop parmigiana are my 2 favorites. How can you make osso bucco come out tough with little flavor? Its suppose to fsll off the bone. I never send food back and gave it every opportunity to change my mind and it didn't. I sent it back and ordered veal marsala which was dead average at best. Never saw our waitress again until we got our bill. They did nothing to compensate for the disappointment. The martini, caeser salad and dessert were great. The main course and service were a tremendous disappointment. That is the closest I've ever come to completely stiffing the server for a tip. I will go again and chalk it up to one bad night!

   I've been here before. The food is basic American Italian. Old school recipes for an aging crowd who are nostalgic for the good old days. And they deliver on a lot of those good old day vibes. The service is very good and the atmosphere is lively. The portions are robust! Every plate looks as if it's for an entire family to share. My big disappointment from last night was the dover sole. I should have known that this was not the place to order it, but the server insisted that it was amazing! The best dover sole he had ever had. It was the worst dover sole I had ever had. Maybe one of the worst fish. You can't tell me it was fresh, never frozen. It had the texture of a previously frozen fish. The sauce on the side was all wrong. The alcohol had not been burned off so it was very strong in wine flavor. Between the texture and flavor it was not enjoyable. I was with with a client who loves this place, so there was no way I was going to send it back. So I picked at it, leaving most of it behind. Never had a tough chewy dover sole before. I felt so sad for our server that he has never had truly good dover sole and hope he gets to experience it somewhere soon. The rest of the meal was fine. Like I said, not my style, but to the old wanna be Saprano guy, it hit the mark.
