   We loved it! Food was excellent, great service, she kept the courses coming smoothly while not making us feel rushed either. My husband enjoyed the oysters, I loved the wine and steak. Good espresso martini too. First time to Union Station district as we were traveling and only in town for one night but I would absolutely recommend.

   What a wonderful time we had at Pierponts! Food was incredible, service was fantastic and everyone there was delightful. It was the first time I had been there and I think its my new favorite place.

   My experience with this restaurant was not good. We arrived at 5:15pm and was given dirty looks by the host who was seating guest. She had a blond streak in the front of her hair. She completely profiled and was rude to us. My daughter brought in her iPad and it wasn’t any louder than if me and my husband were talking to each other. At the time there were two tables that had guest by us so I know they couldn’t hear the iPad either the music play over the speakers in the restaurant and other guest there is no way. She came up to our table and with no reason just said can you please lower your tablet? I didn’t hear her at first so I asked her to repeat what she said, she didn’t even look me in the eye she repeated what she said. No explanation whether the tablet as to why. I was so offended and afraid that I didn’t even want to carry a conversation in worry that I would be asked to leave because she would have said that was loud. That’s how loud the tablet was. It was on the lowest setting. Keep in mind there were other screaming children and music and loud conversations going on. I’m so confused why she profiled us. I’m extremely offended and probably will not recommend this establishment as a place to visit. If you guys don’t want children there then don’t offer a kids menu. Some of us don’t have babysitters an just want to come out and enjoy a nice dinner. Keep in mind our daughter was behaving and didn’t disrupt one bit. I’m completely offended. Your staff needs to work on better communication and how they approach people. I couldn’t even finish my meal after her approaching us.

   Our lunch at Pierpont was very good. Our service was superb, the server being friendly, efficient and professional. The food was very good, however, my plate was not as warm as I would have liked. This small problem will not keep from returning to or recommending Pierpont to others.

   We were so looking forward to the 'special' menu for New Years eve, especially the scallops, only to be told that the special menu did not start until 4 pm. Your website said 10 am to 10 pm. No where on the reservations did it state that it didn't start until 4 pm. My reservation confirmation included a link to the special menu. We had a lovely lunch, but I expected so much more. The hostess was quite condensending when questioned about the situation.

    The main course and sides were delicious. The bread and cake could be better. But the meats and sides were delicious. Our waitress Jeneae was absolutely lovely!
