   Love the igloo experience however, today was unseasonably hot and sunny. There is no screen for shade and half our table was blinded and sweating. We would have stayed longer for dessert since we were celebrating 2 birthdays, but it was too uncomfortable. Definitely book the igloos for nighttime, as they are lit up beautifully with decorations. We will come again just a different time of day!

   Dining in the outdoor igloo was a fun experience but some of my group were uncomfortable as it was a chilly night and the heater kept shutting off. Also, the acoustics in the igloo with little ones distracted from the experience. As far as food, we enjoyed the fried calamari and fried capellini apps, however, I did not enjoy the eggplant that I ordered it was drowning I sauce and had no mozzarella on the outside …. It didn’t appear rolatini and the eggplant was overdone. My husband who ordered the chicken parm said that the chicken cutlet was very dry. Our friend liked her pasta with broccoli rabe dish and the little ones enjoyed the pizza and fries, but as I mentioned the acoustics in the igloo with small children and in general is not good - I still have a headache the day after. On the positive side, service was very attentive and prompt.

   Felt a bit rushed. Brought food before we finished apps and no time to relax between ordering and eating. Food was ok nothing stood out.

Unfortunately, we had an unexpected power outage that afternoon due to someone accidentally hitting our outdoor meter panel, which affected our heating. PSEG and our electricians were working on it the entire afternoon and evening, but I completely understand how that could have impacted your visit.    The heater in our pod was broken, it took them so long to move us I was freezing and out appetizer was ice cold once we did move the new pod was also freezing I guess they had just turned the heater on. We asked for the check and left didn’t even get an entree very disappointed.

   This was our second time and it was horrible! Left in igloo for over 25 mins before anyone came in to even say hello and take drinks order! Almost every thing was incorrect from drinks to food! So overall it was terrible service! Heater was not working so we froze! It was not a nice experience and it was only our second time there! Saying I am sorry doesn’t make much of a difference when you expect us to come back and refer people. It’s required for the customer to spend a certain amount of money but when its horrible service I am sorry doesn’t cut it! Maybe I would try it in warmer weather!
