At Pincette- Lobster Bar, transport yourselves to a chic lobster shack in the East Coast of Canada.     L'ambiance et la nourriture était au rendez-vous. Le personnel s'est fait discret tout en étant présent pour nous tout au long du repas. La chaudrée de parlourde était sublime. Pas une chaudrée en canne comme dans le Maine. Une vrai de vrai! Au final, ce fut une très belle expérience !

    We changed our reservation time really last minute due to a train delay but the staff is still super welcoming. The risotto was amazing!!

    I had the sea bass and my husband had the capellini with mushrooms and truffles. Absolutely incredible. Wait staff and manager were very attentive. Quaint restaurant.

    Forgot to bring a few things we ordered. Must ask for bread, not offered. Ran out of ingredients for signature cocktails. The Mussles dish was misleadingly described as a casserole.
