   Little disappointed to show up and find out there was a DJ in the middle of the restaurant. We asked for a quieter table and could not be accommodated. We were then told that Saturday and Sunday nights are what they’re known for. We’re not locals. Did NOT see that on their website. How would anyone from out of town know that?? It just made the experience unenjoyable with my family. We couldn’t hear and we certainly couldn’t hear each other. Perhaps put that on your website so people are aware it’s more of a nightclub than a nice dinner.

   We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the ambiance. The only negative was it was extremely loud.

   We’ve become frequent to Pink Steak. It’s an amazing atmosphere and we like to get there early to sit at the bar and enjoy the place even more. I’d like to see a few different dessert choices or seasonal selections. The menu is very good and each dish is prepared to perfection. Don’t expect the list to be cheap because it isn’t. But you’re getting what you pay for. This time of year it’s booked weeks in advance so be patient and enjoy your visit. We’ll be back.

   We requested Franciou again, which was honored. His service is impeccable between his personal attention and his support team. They take care of you. Dishes from appetizers, salads, main dish and cocktails were exceptional except my Rib Eye was stringy difficult to cut and chew but the flavor was delish. We bring our visiting out of town guests to PS, every time they too give it rave reviews. And the atmosphere is out of this world fabulous.

   I went with a group of 5 and ordered the chef's steak special. It was outstanding in every way and a real value too. The ambience and energy are good and the crowd was energetic. Desserts were very good, and the sundae was popular with everyone. Highly recommend!

    The music was too LOUD - at Sunday Brunch no less. I have never eaten with south loud music combined with a nearly empty restaurant. Server was pushy and then the kitchen closed so me dessert. I would never go there again.
