   We got seated right away but waited almost 15 minutes before our server came. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 cocktails. We got our food, ate it and everything was cleared before our cocktails came out. Food and drinks were delicious but service is seriously lacking. We went at 3:30pm so it was pretty empty.

   I booked a table for my birthday on arrival the host had told me about the birthday cocktail and I had also see it advertised on instagram 2 hours earlier. When I went to order the server said they didn’t have the main ingredient to make the cocktail and suggested I get the next one down from it which was like an espresso martini…. I don’t drink coffee. The floor manager was doing his rounds and he asked was everything alright. I explained about the drink and about 15 mins later a birthday cocktail arrived (the delivery of the product needed to make the cocktail have conveniently just arrived) upon him placing the cocktail down on the table the signature flamingo Macroon fell off and broke. No replacement was given. Food options were minimal , So all in all not the best experience for the money we spent for my birthday.

   I was so excited to try this new Vanderpump restaurant and it was a very big disappointment. The decor and design of restaurant is stunning but then it stops there. They seated our table of 2 beside a table of 10 and we couldn’t even converse it was so loud and to top it off the restaurant was playing very loud house/dance music which didn’t suit the ambience. We asked to move tables and host was very annoyed and when I explained why he didn’t want to even entertain a conversation. He was very dismissive. The chicken tenders were overcooked almost burnt…food was ok. Go to Vanderpump a’ Paris a far better experience overall.

   Prices were to be expected in an upscale but casual spot on the LV strip. For the 2 of us, we ordered the deviled eggs, pull apart bread, lump crab and chips and wagyu sliders. and a cocktail each - I'm normally a Jack and coke type of drinker, bur the Vesper was pretty good. My wife had the Pumptini and loved it. The Wagyu sliders were probably the best burgers I have ever had.

   The ambiance and design was exceptional! Our server was prompt, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The food and presentation was also wonderful and the only reason I gave 4 stars was because the male host with the bedazzled black blazer was so rude upon our arrival. He asked if we were staying at a Caesars Resort, which we were. Unfortunately, I did not hear him correctly so he had to repeat himself. That is when he became belligerent and started to sarcastically very slooowly repeat himself, “Let’s try this again. I said blah blah blah!” So demeaning and embarrassing for me. That was unkind and unprofessional. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
