   Disappointing experience. We had a reservation for 11:45 am on January 19, 2025. Arrived on time and was advised there would be a twenty-minute wait due to kitchen and service staff are behind. Sat at bar instead but was disappointed with the brunch menu. No egg dishes. This is more us not Pinky's. Left after having a coffee served by Liz, a very friendly and accommodating bartender. Liz was the highlight of visit to Pinky's.

   Incredible staff so comfy really cool vibe !! Best drinks in town !! Everyone so welcoming ! It also blew us away that Lisa and Ken were there and were so kind ! Just stellar humans !! Thank you for making are trip so amazing! The food is incredible and reasonable !! A must stop in Vegas !!

   So first of all we had had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes before getting seated and it was like they forgot all about us and then they put us at a table for 6 (and there was two of us) We were there to celebrate our 40th anniversary and sitting at a huge table right by the traffic area it was not very intimate and then when we ordered they were out of almost everything!!!! It was ridiculous! When we did get our food it was delicious but man oh man it needs some work!

   The hostess was nice and very welcoming. We arrived 30 minutes early for our reservation and seated 7 minutes before our reservation. We were taken to a nice table. We had 3 people in our party and they didn’t have menus for all of us. Miguel came over and offered us water almost immediately. Our server came over about 7-8 minutes later and took our order for 3 drinks, deviled eggs, lobster rolls, loaded tots and chicken tenders. We asked that each item got brought out as they were ready. Our drinks arrived about 15-20 minutes later. Our food did not come out until 40 minutes after we ordered. My husband then made the mistake and ordered tiramisu brownie. It took over 30 minutes for the dessert to come out which were 3 little brownie squares. The food was average. The wait was unacceptable. The wait staff was very apologetic.

   The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the cocktails were not only gorgeous but delicious. We really enjoyed our brunch food as well. The service, unfortunately, was incredibly slow. It took over an hour to get our food after ordering and our server didn’t really check in at all to apologize for the delay until after we were eating. Our food also came out at very different times so one person was left without a meal while the other had theirs on the table for at least ten minutes.

   Stunning atmosphere, food was excellent except they were out of a few food items and drinks, which was unfortunate. Waited awhile for food, but worth the wait when we got it!

    The service was slow and the music was so loud that even the servers were having a hard time hearing you at close range. Pinky’s definitely missed the mark. Vanderpump à Paris is a much better choice.
