   My husband and I visit Vegas about 2x a year. We really enjoy new restaurants and attractions so we planned to cross Pinky’s off today. We reserved a table for 12:30pm — they were very busy. We did get seated at the reserved time but unfortunately we didn’t get our order taken until 1:06. That being said, the Waitress and Manager made up for it so gracefully. It ended up being a great experience overall. The food was very good! We ordered the tator tots, mini pink pancakes, and pigs in a blanket.

   Horrible experience. We had reservations yet still had to wait for our table. I ordered lisa’s table experience but the area we sat in was boring there was more action in the general area. The manager seated in the wrong area then took us to our seats. Welcome shots came very late. Food was not up to par at all. Not much on the menu. I wanted a salad with chicken but was told “we don’t add protein”. They dont accommodate at all.

   We had a 9pm reservation for a birthday dinner . we were sat on time . our server got our drink orders and brought them over. She never came back to take. our food order. we then stopped someone and told them she hadn't been back . at this point we'd been there an entire hour she came over and said the kitchen closed at 945. so we couldn't get food. We were confused because we were sat before this and on time & she neglected take our order or even let us know there was a cut off for the kitchen. We had to leave and just get take out due to this because they wouldn't reopen the kitchen. It was honestly crazy & super unprofessional. They basically ignored our table for an hour and made it our fault we couldn't get food. Place is pretty but there service sucks. The server also i think intentionally didn't come back because we had. a large group so we couldn't all order since we were a "hard" table .

   Service is awful. Table of 3, and entrees came out at different times, with the last one being sent almost 20 minutes after the first one. Server was not attentive at all. We were never checked on and had to call a manager to get simple water refills. Love the other Vanderpump places but they need better staff here.

   100% disappointment. Please please save your money and do not go here. The name vanderpump I thought was nothing but the highest quality amazing. Wrong! pinky’s felt forced, felt fake. Fake ugly flowers on our table. DO NOT pay extra for Lisa’s Table. Lisa’s table is next to a fire extinguisher and you feel like an extra table got set up in a walkway. That’s what her table is. Weird! The only only thing that made this experience okay, and saved it, was the fine people of Las Vegas who work there. Our hostess was great and understood our concern for not wanting to sit at Lisa’s table no longer. Our bartender/waiter was so nice and never rude to us. He did us a solid by still brining “Lisa experience” Shots to our new table, because they were already made. The food was roulette, deviled egg garden was great. While chicken tenders were rubber and worse than grabbing tenders at a drive through drive by fast food. (I understand chicken tenders isn’t the fanciest choice. regardless, you shouldn’t feel like you absolutely wasted your money either. something so simple in nature should have been easy to execute for great taste… rubber chicken wasn’t that.

   We were excited to try Pinky’s. Our reservation was 9:45 PM and the kitchen closes @ 10. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately by the window. Server arrived and we placed our order, knowing in advance what we wanted. Food and ambience did not disappoint. Server missed one of our orders and comped our two beverages.

    It was a great dinner first time been to the restaurant. It’s a great location on Las Vegas Blvd. strip, so it has an atrium with a lot of natural light coming into it.
