   Great location and the Pasta we had was excellent. The sourdough starter would have been better if the bread was warmed up. Trying to finalise the bill at the end took an age - there was lots of too-ing and fro-ing, but finally all done. Needs some staff training on how to do this quickly I think. Good night.

   Pipies is in a beautiful location overlooking Gunnamatta Bay, Cronulla. The staff and service are excellent and very attentive. Whilst the food is also very good it is overpriced for what it is. They are still awaiting their liquor licence, but with BYO charges the cost is just over $100 a head which is getting into the fine dining pricing and it is not fine dining. It feels about 20% too expensive.

   We arrived at our booking slightly before our booking. So when we were told to wait to the side for 5 minutes we had no issue with this. However for the following 20 minutes, the server sat people behind us in the line at their tables. This was frustrating as we had a baby in the group who was in the hot sun who was becoming a bit distressed. It took one of our group lining back up for us to finally be seated. Our order was taken quickly but one pizza arrived with a hair in it. When flagged with staff they did replace it but this meant one in the group was eating 25 minutes after everyone else. Additionally it would be nice for the servers to advise the table that each wine glass bought to the table would cost 10 dollars.

   Overall a good dining experience. Group of 6 Seafood pasta was lacking in seafood Fish & chips was excellent and salads were good

   The location, ambiance and food were wonderful. Service was good but they seemed a bit understaffed - we had to grab our own water carafe from the next table as no one came by to refill ours. We will definitely go back. In fact I made a reservation for this weekend.

   Pipi’s is such an aesthetic pleasing place! I went for dinner at sunset and sat on the balcony - it felt as though I was in Europe somewhere. We had two entrees - the prawns and kingfish which were both fresh and delicious! Unfortunately, the three stars is due to the beef ragu pasta. It was very bland and quite watery. It’s one of my favourite dishes so was very disappointed! We could only manage to eat half of it. Service was great and would 100% visit again!

    We booked a table for 8 on a Sunday for lunch, we had to have a set menu due to the number of people, food was delicious, but we felt a little rushed, too much food came out all at once and no break between small plates and main meal, we were in the middle of lunch when staff asked if we wanted a coffee as the Barista was about to go, so that was a little disappointing. Lunch was over in 1 hour. T he bill arrived and a $80 surcharge was added due to it being Sunday, We thought that was a little excessive, so no tip was given
