PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

This is a lovely place for dinner in downtown West Palm Beach. Central location and consistently good overall! I had the salmon tonight and it was served promptly and it was hot and delicious! Ambience (except on Thursday nights when live music can sometimes be intrusive) is charming!

Great experience in all capacities. The food was outstanding really unique, unusual salads that were delicious and great cocktails. Staff was very attentive and a very diverse menu. You can’t go wrong by selecting this place was able to walk right outside and see all the festivities happening for the holidays in downtown. Highly recommend!

During the Holidays is an exceptionally busy time at any restaurant, but our table was ready when we arrived, service was very nice, and dinner was delicious. We were all very happy and looking forward to returning.

Our service was very professional and friendly. It was very crowded and we never lacked for good service. We ordered Salmon, mussels and steak fritte and extra frittes. The food was excellent.

Wonderful service- getting there was a challenge because of all the barricades and the manager walked down to the valet to make sure we were taken care of. Lovely dinner
