PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

Pro- the food was very good; the service was very good; Con- we went for a birthday- I told them ; they asked whose birthday it was when we got there, then…. Letdown- no cake, no candle, no one even wished her a happy birthday!!! The noise level was pretty high where we sat, had to keep repeating ourselves; took 3 times around the block to find the valet; it was a little pricey for the value, 3 people with no alcohol was over 200$ with tip….. maybe I’ll go back- maybe not…..

I put together a group of 6 girlfriends for the Sandi Tree exhibit followed by dinner at Pistache’…we had a perfect round table in the window which was open so we were able to enjoy the band that played outside. Food, service,ambiance festive and delicious 🎄

Service is good and timely. Who arrived hot and was excellent to eat would recommend Pistache to anybody that is looking for a good meal. The ambience in downtown West Palm Beach is also very nice.
