PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

The food was excellent, as usual, but the price for the pasta special was outrageous for basically macaroni with a dash of cheese and truffle. The truffle was obscure otherwise best beef salad in South Florida and eating outside. The Noyes level was very tolerable.

We had a delightful dining experience; a little noisy in the beginning of the meal, which seemed to quiet down after happy hour ended. We were a party of 5 and all dishes were served beautifully and were delicious! The server was personable- he couldn’t find one dish to criticize- very cute! We will certainly return and bring friends to enjoy the dining experience

First time here. We will be back. I enjoyed the veal and mushroom ragout with pasta. Delicious. She had the PEI mussels in a delicious garlic broth with pomme frites. She especially loved her lavender martini. Great to have valet parking available at no charge but you need to remember to have your ticket validated at the restaurant

Went for Sunday Brunch, it was a beautiful day although a little windy. Our server was very attentive and helpful with the menu and our food was great. The Eggs Benedict on sourdough was very good, lots of flavor in the Hollandaise sauce and my Bloody Mary was nice and spicy.
