I don’t know if pizza east has changed owners in the last couple years but it’s nothing like it used to be. Expensive average food. Slow service. My other half’s chicken parmigiana was so over cooked that the texture resembled a flip flop. When I complained it was met with anger from the staff and they didn’t offer to do anything about it. I won’t be going back

Food was great however the restaurant was half empty and eaters were all coralled into one area which was really noisy and we were hustled off our table to make room for new bookings where the restaurant was totally empty over the other side.

Very large and industrial place with huge noise level when busy. Service was poor and nobody checked on us during our entire stay. Pizzas were lovely but more of a child size. Overall it was ok but we wouldn’t go back I think. There are plenty of restaurants in this area.

The food here was great, but the service was disjointed. Drinks sometimes came quickly, sometimes took forever. There was an error with one of our food orders which was rectified, but everyone else had nearly finished their meal by the time it came back. Food was great, service needs a bit of work.

A bit noisy. Pizzas were nice but not very big and they skimped a bit on toppings. Oddly, the menu doesn’t make it clear what is vegan / vegetarian and what isn’t, so we had to specifically ask. It was fine overall but a bit over-hyped for what is essentially a more expensive version of Pizza Express (but with smaller pizzas!)

The pizza was the main let down, I chose a funghi pizza but it tasted really bland, and very little truffle oil, barely noticeable. It was a busy evening leading up to Christmas, so the place with very busy, which is fine but the music was way too loud for restaurant! Fortunately, our friendly made up for it!
