    This Planta location has gone down hill - our food was greasy and the service was horrible. I used to like Planta but would no longer recommend this restaurant - definitely a very unpleasant experience.

    We’ve been fans of Planta since the Bethesda location opened, and we were thrilled when Planta Queen opened in West End. It was great when it first opened, but the past multiple times we’ve been to Planta Queen, there has been poor service, prices have risen, and the quantity and quality of the food has significantly dropped. It’s very disappointing, as this is a great opportunity to show non-plant-based people how beautiful and tasty vegan food can be. I hope in the new year, Planta Queen steps it up and focuses on the quality of food and its service.

    The food is amazing but terrible service, you have to wait a long time just to get seated and then even longer for someone to take your order. We never had a waiter ask us how was our food, nobody asked us if we wanted something else besides our appetizers, had to ask twice for the bill, etc. Great food, gorgeous place, but the service would not make me go back 😪

    We love Planta!!! Great plant based food. My whole family, including my 1 and 4 year old, love to eat here. The vibe is phenomenal. We always have attentive and friendly servers. I love that they also have gluten free options as my son has a severe allergy. They’re always kind of enough to ask if his has been diagnosed with celiac or a gluten allergy to avoid any health concerns (he just has a gluten allergy). I love the GF udon noodles and bang bang broccoli. You cannot go wrong at Planta!
