   Hi my name is Torrey Futch, me & my wife Michelle " which was her Birthday day too" dined a your West Palm Beach Location Valentine's Day 2025 9:00pm reservation. We expected a wait time because it was Valentine's Day; we had no issues with waiting. On the other hand, I was VERY! VERY!! VERY!!! disappointed with the service, never thought I would say that about the Planta Restaurant City Place West Palm Beach, always put your Restaurant as a Top Tier establishment. Ordered our drinks which took 26mins, I had to ask two different employees before I got my glass of Lemonade, but I also ask for a glass of water came 10mins after that. In addition, I had to stop our server after 36min 20sec later, and ask could we please order, we got our appetizer's, but was thrown for a loop, when our desserts came out before our entree. When that happened we just wanted out, and asked for our food to go which took another 20mins to get our to go containers. Let's just say Planta West Palm Beach Location, you have to do better, the service Valentine's Day was totally poor, unexpected, unorganized, and unacceptable. I call myself surprising and impressing my wife to a nice Birthday/Valentine's Day diner, but ruined that moment for her. Choosing, which I thought was good Restaurant establishment to take her to for her Birthday/ Valentine's Day. Thank U Planta for the DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!

   The servers need training. The last few visits have been really disappointing. Items are unavailable on the menu. The food comes out sporadically and not in sync with the others at the table. The restaurant is never near full capacity so I am not sure why the overall service has deteriorated. The food is always fresh and innovative so we keep coming back.

   Extremely long wait for food. My appetizer came out after my main meal was eaten. Desert took thirty minutes.

   This is our 2nd time at the West Palm location and we enjoyed everything. Our service was great, the food was wonderful and the drinks were awesome. We look forward to eating there again when our daughter is visiting from out of town.

   I loved my beef & broccoli & couldn't wait to come back. Happily I was able to make a reservation for 5 on Open Table. We wanted a round table & needed to be out in :90 to catch a performance. I wanted to try the happy hour to experience many different small plates; thinking if it isn't wonderful we have wasted a lot of money on a big portion. I a surprised we were the only diners in the beautiful modern restaurant from 5:30 until 7:00. I started with a Hugo & 2 small happy hour plates. My spicy crab sushi roll was wonderful. It had the texture of crab & a lot of flavor. My two Nashville hot tofu bao were full of flavor, crunch and vegetables. The fried tofu tasted like chicken. Dinner was satisfying, reasonable & wonderful. Friends all devoured their meals.

   The service was slow. They were out of several things on the menu. And the road by the restaurant was closed. Had I known the road was closed I wouldn’t have gone - I brought someone who has a very difficult time walking.

   I love everything about this place! The innovative menu was tasty and filling. It’s going to be my regular lunch hang out to meet up with friends. I also want to start coming to happy hour. Try it, you won’t be disappointed. I had been wanting to come try it for a long time but my husband flinches every time I tell him it’s vegan. I am going to have him try it because I think he will actually love it too.

   The food at this restaurant is consistently great. We have eaten here many times and always enjoy our meals. I am a vegan, but my husband isn't, yet he enjoys his food as much as I do. The server Mark was great, offering suggestions and descriptions of each dish. The manager Michael is attentive, and approachable, roving the restaurant making sure everything is running smoothly. We will definitely return.
