Très belle découverte culinaire! Menu découverte excellent! Mets très bien travaillés et d’une grande finesse. La vue est magnifique, le service irréprochable. Les tables peut-être un peu trop rapprochées ce qui apporte un niveau sonore qui pourrait être plus maîtrisé… Je reviendrai!

La seule chose qui serait à corriger c'est les instruction de savoir où aller quand on arrive par le stationnement souterrain. Honnêtement, on était complètement perdu. Nous sommes arrivées dans le garage à 17 hres 50 et nous sommes arrivées en haut à 18 hres 30. On a tellement cherché comment se rendre. Il n'y avait personne, pas de guérite. Finalement, c'est un monsieur qui arrivait pour partir qui nous a aidé. Sinon, tout était nickel. Notre jeune serveuse Melodie (Je ne sais pas si elle l'écrit comme ça sinon je m'excuse) était d'une gentillesse et d'une bonne humeur contagieuse. Tellement agréable de se faire servir par ce genre de personne. Notre soirée n'en a été que meilleure. Au jeune homme qui venait pour l'homme ou bien débarrasser, chapeau aussi car très souriant et très poli.

My wife and I visited on a Tuesday evening, and we were thrilled with our experience! We opted for the menu dégustation, which featured six incredible courses. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The shrimp Piri Piri was absolutely to die for! We also received an outstanding wine recommendation, and our server, Logan, provided one of the best dining services we've ever had. While it might be a bit pricey for some, this was one of my most memorable culinary experiences in years. I highly recommend The Portus 360 and be sure to ask for Logan!
