   We celebrated Valentines Day a day early and definitely a wise decision! Our server, Avery, was enjoyable and attentive. We both had the bacon wrapped pheasant breast and was delicious. The cinnamon roll with bananas foster and Chantilly cream was divine. Thank you for another memorable evening!

   Prairie Star is a nice surprise. We had the Wednesday Wine & Dine menu. Tremendous value, because the food was excellent and generous, the wine selections worked well, and they were exceptionally accommodating with regard to allergies (even with the prix fixe menu). Our server, Amy, was great -- knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging!

   Once again, a great meal form the "Wine and Dine" menu. Thank you Chef for always being creative with the weekly menu! A wonderful evening to celebrate with my Valentine before the rush this week.

   Everything was great! The food was delicious! The waitresses were really pleasant! This is the place to go for special occasions, or anytime!

   Prix fixe menu is always wonderful. Make sure to get the individual apple pie...a delicious extra to add to the meal. Avery is an awesome server, so be sure to ask for her.

   We normally come by ourselves just 2 of us at 5pm for Wine & Dine. My brother & his new wife of 2 yrs were visiting from Tennessee & we had to take them to Wine & Dine! It was spectacular. Every course was spot on. I have to say I hate quinoa (texture), ate all the rest. My husband & I always order one of everything & share. So good! I requested my salmon MR & it was perfection! Our wait person was our fave-Francesca-just want to say thanks for the extra time to allow my brother, his wife & us to chat, long time, no see! What a beautiful night. Our guests got to see the sunset watermelon colors on the Sandias! A great first night in NM after pickup at airport! Thank you PS!

    My husband and I made reservations on a Friday night and had the prime rib special. It was fantastic! The prime rib was smoked and the sides were mashed potatoes and asparagus. We also got a $4 glass of Cabernet sauvignon for the special to go with the meal. We were celebrating our anniversary and received a free dessert, which was delicious. The view from our table was spectacular of the Sandia’s. The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly and she was training another server, and she was friendly as well. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our special occasion. We will definitely be back!
