   Made a reservation, got there and was offered outdoor seating with heaters and had to ask for the heaters to be on. The fans were going and it was windy out. Requested that the heaters get turned on and they were only turned off for a short amount of time as they returned back off. Requested to move inside and was only able to have seats at the bar, even though there is multiple table options available once we arrived in back inside. The food was not as good as my previous experiences very disappointed with the restaurant this time around.

   Unfortunately, our first experience at Prati was very disappointing. We made a birthday reservation for 4 and arrived 15 minutes early as requested. We got seated next to a large party table despite there being other available tables in the restaurant. Navigating that large party along with our table (and other smaller tables), our server was clearly in survival mode. While service could’ve been better, we felt it wasn’t the servers fault and more so on management for putting them in that situation with no support. For the appetizer, we had one order of brussel sprouts and it was good. The main entrees took about 45 minutes to arrive to the table. The birthday guest ordered the 8oz $52 filet minion (medium well) and once it arrived, the filet minion was clearly overcooked with no pink at all. Due to the server navigating multiple tables without support, she took about 15 mins to come back to correct the situation and at that point everyone else was halfway done with their meal. The server (bless her heart) did not offer any additional solutions and just ran the plate back. It wasn’t until an hour and 45mins after being sat down that the birthday guest finally received their food. We asked for it to be taken to go. Luckily, the steak was taken off the bill, but that does not change our overall experience.

   Sat us near an extremely loud party. Then, she moved us outside to the patio, where it was coll outside. Food was served cold. Would not go back or recommend

   Service was very slow. It took 20 minutes from being seated to ordering drinks, then another 20 minutes to get those drinks. Appetizers were delivered in a timely manner as were the entrees. Food was all quite good. The fried calamari had a strange salt taste to it. We ordered espresso martinis at the end of our meal. They were good but totally different from the espresso martini at the bar. What's up s that?

   Our server was great. It was myself and three friends. Gave me a complimentary glass of champagne and dessert for my birthday. Food was wonderful. We got the charcuterie board and risotto balls for appetizers and we all got either the gnocchi or raviolis for our entrees. All of it was delicious!

   Honestly, quite a surprise in a mall setting. Food was quite good with generous portions. The lasagna was different in a very good way, the spare ribs were a great choice. I’m not much on mussels but they were very good and the dipping sauce was wonderful. The calamari appetizer was very tasty and the dipping sauce was excellent. However, it was pricey given the portion size. Service was good. Everyone was friendly who worked there. If I had a complaint it would be there almost all booth seating. I don’t like being trapped in a booth. Worth a try.

    Everything here is always fresh and perfectly prepared, and this visit was no exception! Both the food and service were outstanding. I decided to try something new—the Kvaroy Arctic Salmon—and it was a delightful surprise. The preparation was a refreshing change from the usual salmon dishes, featuring bright, juicy tomatoes and briny olives that added a perfect balance of flavors. The Brussels sprout appetizer was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I also took home a power bowl salad for the next day, adding salmon for an extra boost of protein. It was packed with wholesome, nutrient-rich ingredients and tasted just as fresh and satisfying as my meal at the restaurant. Yet another fantastic dining experience—I can’t wait to come back!
