Can’t be beet for pre theatre dining. Good service but when going often the menu needs refreshing more frequently.

Excellent meal before show. Service was slightly slow to start before drinks order and menu choice taken, but after that was fine. Would definitely book again.

This is the 4th time I have dined at Prelude and it is such a lovely, welcoming and friendly place but still holding to professiolism as well. Food is excellent and excellent value for money. Staff are informative, friendly and professional. Excellent time was had by all. I had a party of 4.

Enjoyable meal with family.However, a delay with the dessert course as more tartlets were being prepared, meant having to eat during the intermission, which we have done previously. However, the intermission this time, was only 15 minutes, which wasn't long enough by the time we made it back to the restaurant. The waiter also had to bring us paper cups to take our coffees back into the auditorium to drink, as they had forgotten 3 of our ordered coffees, meaning they were too hot to drink anyway. This timing must be a recognised problem which should be addressed as we were not the only table affected. The staff overall were very friendly and welcoming.
