La comida del Sushi excelente todo , la comida el filete un poco seco y las papas crudas , el servicio lento muy amables pero parecía falta de personal .

El lugar es lindo, genera un buen ambiente, tienen bastantes personas dando servicio. El servicio 10/10, Melissa hizo que el servicio fuera ameno, fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. - Al llegar te dejan unas entradas de verduras como próximos, jícamas, etc con un aderezo que no logré identificar de qué era. Esto no me encantó, deberían esforzarse más en esto. Adicional dejan unas rebanadas de pan y te dejan una poca de mantequilla. 6/10 todas las cortesias. - Tacos de perejil con chapulines 9/10: Nunca había probado el perejil en tacos, fue un detalle muy curioso, el sabor estaba de 10, las porciones igual, los chapulines y las salsas de los tacos, de muy buen sabor. Aunque me faltó algo, posiblemente complementarlos con algo más. - Pesos de chicharrón prensado 10/10: el sabor de los pesos en conjunto fue delicioso, el nivel de grasa esperado era muy alto, sin embargo, estaba muy bien equilibrado, el sabor del chicharrón prensado 👌🏻, la textura de los pesos y el sabor de la masa, estaba de 10. - Sopa de tortillas 9/10: El plato estaba muy bien servido en cuanto a porciones, e igual en cuanto a presentación e ingredientes, adicional a que los ingredientes eran muy bastos. Posiblemente le faltaba un poco más de potencia al sabor del caldo, hemos probado mejores, pero no estaba nada mal. - Corazón de filete de res con café de Paris 10/10: el filete estaba increíblemente bien cocinado terminó medio, la salsa era una mezcla de mostaza con mantequilla y finas hierbas, de verdad muy buen sabor, la guarnición eran papas fritas y algunas verduras. Le puse 10 ya que el sabor del filete fue wow, sin embargo, deberían esforzarse más en las guarniciones. - Barbacoa de lengua 9/10: Vi el producto y parecía más algún otro tipo de carne, la pruebas y sorprende el sabor, viene con un queso panela de muy mala calidad. Faltó probar su coctelería que nunca nos ofrecieron. No sentí ese ambiente artístico que mencionan. Definitivamente volvería.
