   We had been to Prime once before, for a special event with the Phoenix Mercury so knew we were in for a dining treat. We were not disappointed. While very pricey, it is definitely worth it for a special night out. We started with the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and large. The remoulade sauce was terrific. Hubby got the strip steak and a twice-baked potato. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, coming to our table exactly medium rare. The twice-baked potato was creamy and cheesy. I had the 10 ounce filet mignon, which is way more than I can eat so I knew leftovers were coming home. I got the dirty potatoes and let me say DO NOT PASS THESE UP! Holy mother of god were they good! Small fingerling potatoes roasted, then toasted in salt and pepper, bacon, chives, a buttermilk sauce and a special Peruvian (?) pepper seasoning. I want more NOW!!!! Service was good without being overwhelming.

   Dinner was awesome and delicious, loved the 80s mix, was chair dancing and eating at same time. Wifey and I had a great Vday dinner. Will definitely return for another date night.

   Great food and service from Brian - had a great valentines date - i was told about a deep fried lobster tail that was no longer available and was disappointed in that nut other than that well go back for sure

   Food was very good except for our dessert, the key lime pie was frozen. Our waitress was amazing. The kitchen messed up our bread service. There was a DJ and the music was loud, not something I’m used to when “fine dining.” Despite the dress code, lots of people wearing shorts, flip flops, baggy clothes, sweat pants. Very unlikely we would return due to the “vibe.” Food was fancy, the clientele and atmosphere were not.

   Prime is an amazing restaurant with a modern vibe and exceptional service. The food quality is top notch. Our server, Linda, was son kind, helpful, and accommodating. We would recommend Prime to anyone who wants to go for a nice upscale meal!!

   Steak was so so, not the best. The chocolate cake was not very good. It's too big and no chocolate flavor. We have been here many times over the years, and it just keeps going downhill. Probably won't be back.

    This is my favorite restaurant in AZ. I love all aspects of being here! Food! Atmosphere! Staff! Experience! Every time I go here my server makes me feel like I’m having a special event! Manny is so wonderful to me! He always remembers my odd preferences and has a warm and approachable nature! I literally go to Prime because of Manny! He is an asset to Shula’s!
