Prime & Provisions houses a 500 square-foot dry-aging room, lined with Himalayan rock salt, meant to enhance the rich and unique flavors of the natural beef throughout the aging process. The beef is seared in a 1,200 degree broiler and served on a sizzling hot plate simply topped with sea salt and Wisconsin all natural grass fed butter.

Ending 2024 at Prime and Provisions was a great choice. The four course menu was perfect and Drew our server was charming and excellent. We received a call two days prior and that was a nice touch. I was able to ask for a table in the dining room as our reservation was in the bar area (which it was cold in there). we got an amazing booth and were seated right away. Just a perfect night.
