   The service was disappointing. The hostess was rude, and our server was unfriendly. While the pastas were delicious, the portions were surprisingly small. Our group was informed that we could continue our evening in the lounge after dinner, only to later be told that entry required tickets at an absurd price. It would be helpful if the staff were more informed and communicated all details upfront.

   This has all the makings of a really good restaurant; very vibey, good food, nice drinks. But the service - from the hostess stand, to the servers - leaves a lot to be desired. It’s a steakhouse price point with the hospitality of a chain (or worse). Go only if you have the patience for being hustled along, refused to be seated unless full party has arrived (accompanied with a warning on time) and servers who could care less.

   Our waiter, Anthony, ignored us the entire time and another employee (cannot remember her name but may start with a T) ended up taking our order because Anthony was nowhere to be found. Sometime around the middle of our dinner the woman who was assisting us was off for the remainder of the night and still Anthony never acknowledged our presence until it was time for the bill. We asked if the tip could go to the lady who helped us out because he didn’t do anything and Anthony told us no it would go to him. Anthony literally did nothing. The first time Anthony spoke was to bring out a scoop of ice cream for the person in our party whose birthday it was, and then brought the bill right after. I guess that was Anthony’s way of justifying a tip on a $500+ bill he did nothing to receive. We couldn’t even put a face to Anthony’s name until the very end because he never acknowledged us but he was present on the floor the majority of the time we were there, mostly socializing with other employees. The nonexistent service on the part of the Anthony ruined what could have been a great dining experience. The lady who recognized Anthony wasn’t helping us and took our order was very nice though.

   Music was way too loud and the poor waiter who was very attentive had to working the entire floor. The lamb ragu was good but has pork in it which wasn’t stated and the salmon wasn’t seasoned.

   Service and food were subpar. Really disappointed in my experience tonight. I called the restaurant to let them know I was running late but I got no answer. Once I arrived, I let them know the other person in my party was not present because they were parking. The hostess told us I had to wait until the whole party was present event though the dining area was almost empty. I told her I tried to call to let them know I was running a bit behind because of parking but no one answered the phone. She proceeded to tell me they don’t answer the phones when it’s busy….. Anyway… the flatbread came out cold, the pasta had pork in it with one piece of lamb- it was a disaster. When we mentioned it to the waitress and manager, they both made excuses saying the portions are all even because it’s pre-made and the pork is a flavor enhancer. Pork is not mentioned on the menu. We stated what if we don’t eat pork, the manager stated well that’s why we ask for allergies…… Moving on… after this complaint, the waitress avoided our table. I had been out of water and beverage for a while while I saw her attend to the tables next to us and surrounding us. I’m not one to complain nor write bad reviews but tonight was a true disappointment.

    I showed up for my birthday but none of my friends could make it. I ended up being solo. I don't remember the bartender's name but he was so sweet and attentive. Food: I had the braised short ribs on polenta and fingerling potatoes. The short ribs were fork tender and good.
