    This is a special restaurant. By far the best culinary experience we had during our visit to San Juan. Compliments to the chef!

    The restaurant was warm and welcoming. The drinks were original and delicious. The food was very good but frankly a tad expensive based on similar restaurants.

    We had a lovely experience at Prolle. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. The shrimp ceviche was good but could’ve been a touch spicier. The brussell sprouts were really good! The waygu was really good - the truffle fries under were fantastic- would’ve loved more of them! My husband’s pork chop was perfect and the garlic mash was really tasty! The donuts and bread pudding were both so good! Will come back the next time we are in PR!

    Fantastic experience. We started with the house cucumber cocktail- delicious!- followed by the beet salad - it was worth scraping the plate for- and salmon piccata (best ever). My husband had the tuna which was ok. We finished a lovely dining experience - served by Christina - who was marvelous with chocolate chip bread pudding with honey ice cream and two decaf cappuccinos. A wonderful night! Not to be missed!
