    My husband and 2 friends did the chefs table pairing. It was a wonderful experience to watch the kitchen create such beautifully crafted food. And the look of the food matched the taste. Everything was absolutely delicious, well proportioned, and beautiful to look at. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re in Turks.

    This was a fantastic, inventive meal. Several courses were as good as we’ve had in a long time. We had the five course blind tasting menu and were very happy with our choice. The only drawbacks were the rapid fire serving of the courses which gave us little time to really savor each one. And the service which, which while polished and professional, was brusque. When we asked for a little time to wait before dessert, we were told we had to leave by 8pm because our seats were reserved. Except there were 10 open seats at the chef’s counter and when we left, nobody was coming in. For these prices in a resort area, that’s not acceptable. Kudos to the chefs though.

    Thank you for your feedback, and I am happy you enjoyed your experience overall. We normally allow 2 hours dining experience before we book again, for instance we had another 10 people reserved for the chef s table after you but I am sorry you felt rushed. The chef s counter is our most popular sitting area and we only have 14 seats available.

    Delicious, creatively constructed food. Only disappointment was that the signature desert did not maintain the standard of the rest of the meal. Would heartily recommend this restaurant.

    The food was hit or miss. Had excellent tuna and burrata appetizers but risotto was mealy and not appealing. We brought this up with the waitress and she said that this was ‘the way it’s supposed to be’. We thought that this was a bit dismissive of our concerns and they still charged the full $27 for this appetizer. Small cuts of steak in entree were marbled and pretty tasty but had excess fat at edge which should have been trimmed. Wait staff didn’t check in from food delivery until after we were finished. Only bathroom in restaurant had serious ‘rain shower’ type leak right over toilet and was splashing into a full bucket and all over floor and toilet seat. It was not raining around this time so this was clearly a piping leak. Overall the restaurant was good but could have been much better.

    We loved the food, nothing to say against it, as a matter of fact, the presentation, the taste, the portion, all was superbe. We only thought that it lacked of an atmosphere, given the dining outside in a commercial building area. We would have loved some music and more intimate dining. But BRAVO to th chef for the quality of the food.

    This place must be the best dining experience on the island. We did the chef’s table experience which was amazing and ordered the blind tasting menu with the wine pairing. You are able to see Chef Eric and his stellar team hand prepare each dish. When delivered, you are given an explanation of the dish and the wine pairing. An unforgettable experience that left us wanting to spend the entire evening observing and enjoying. A quiet and romantic ambience that is perfect for any foodie that truly enjoys an immersive culinary experience. Highly recommend!!

    Excellent restaurant. Le steak vieillit était délicieux. Le service est très moyen si on compare avec les grands restaurants de Montréal mais les gens sont très gentils. La carte des vins WOW nous avons dégusté un Corton 2017 et un Charmes-Chambertin 2015. Les deux étaient excellent. Je vous recommande le Provence sans hésiter mais, soyez averti, très dispendieux. (Tous les prix sont U.S. évidemment comme partout sur l’île)
