   The restaurant has a nice vibe to it, people enjoying themselves and such, small and large tables. We were a group of two, ordered a porterhouse and a few sides. The steak arrived, not cold, but not hot either. It cooled off pretty quickly after that and by the last few pieces wasn't particularly enjoyable. Service was meh. The table we were sitting at was quite small. To clear space for the food, the staff moved our wine bottle/decanter to a small bookshelf beside us, but then seemingly forgot it was there and didn't come back to serve us wine. We had to point it out and remind them. I would have to get up to reach for it myself. The staff also kept coming by to ask us whether we were finished with plates that clearly still had plenty of food on them and with utensils still very much in our hands. We felt rushed. The restaurant didn't seem to be full either, so I didn't understand this behavior.

   The food and service is amazing but the environment is the worst ever. So incredibly loud that you can’t even communicate with your own table of guests.

   Decent food and good value. The service wasn't exactly inspirational, got the feeling people were simply doing their job and not going above and beyond.

   Super Fleisch, geschmackvolle und ausgefallene Beilagen. Service war top! Die Nachspeise etwas viel, deshalb haben wir sie geteilt.

   Arrived 10 min after reservation and still had to wait another 10 min. Why do we always have to wait here? Water service gentleman poured water over my wife’s menu and didn’t even acknowledge. Waitress was awesome and even let us try some extras. Was good with just some details needing to be sharpened.

   This is a spectacular place, the bathroom in the basement is the cleanest I ever been, with proper individual towels, no paper, no heat blower. The ambient is sofisticated and the service is impeccable. They put us in the back is the room, which we did not like much, since some people could only look the wall. The food was very well prepared and plenty. We definitely gonna come back.

   To begin, it was a heck of a crab cake for a steak house — well seasoned with lots of a lump crab . The BBB Salad— beef, steak, tomatoes, bacon, and blue cheese was terrific. It even comes with three onion rings, which possess a unique breading.  My wife and I both had the filet mignon, which was excellent. Sautéed spinach was very good. The sticky toffee pudding and ice cream deserts were great. The weight staff is the best. We eagerly await our next New York visit.

    Dinner was outstanding, and we’ll definitely be back! The quality of the meat was spectacular. It had been a long time since we had such a delicious and well-seasoned steak tartare. Service was a 10/10! I don’t remember our waiter’s name, but he was very friendly and attentive. One big downside for us: the noise level in the restaurant. I hate to say it, but it was really loud, making it hard to have a conversation. That said, we adapted—it’s not a big deal! Despite that, we’ll always come back whenever we’re in New York!
