   Lovely rooftop cafe with great music, delicious drinks and food and ambiance. We only had a starter to share, drinks and a desert sampler. But the evening was stellar.

   This restaurant was recommended by a friend of a friend who lives in SMdA, and yes it’s touristy, and 50% filled with Americans, but the food, ambiance, wine list/cocktails, and service are 100. It’s an exquisite dinner venue right before sunset, with no rush to leave as the night lights illuminate the rooftop and nearby church towers.

   This is one of the best experiences we have have ever had at a rooftop restaurant! The food was fabulous and the entertainment amazing. Quince is a must do!

   I have reviewed Quince in the past - but with changing times - and changing staff - you never quite know if your past review still holds. Quince is better than ever! I was - concerned - to hear that Elihu had moved on - but - Valeria has stepped in without missing a beat. Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Quince remains a place that makes memories for guests. We bring family and friends here - and of all the places we visit - Quince is the one that stays with them. The food is better than ever. The service is top tier. Eduardo makes every single guest feel as if the party is just for them... Quince truly is event dining - spectacle - tight rope walkers - violinists - great music - without sacrificing fine dining. It is quite a magic trick they continue to pull off!
