   Plenty of variety on the menu. Good vegetarian options . Service excellent. I had the hamburger, it was delicious. Cooked medium rare , very tasty.Friend had a vegetarian meal. Generous portions. Will be returning.

   Attentive but not too intrusive service is but one aspect we really appreciate when eating out. Love the patron’s art decor as we as seeing the excellent cocktails being passionately prepared. Just wonderful to watch, before you even drink one. Seeing seasonal, local produce being cooked and presented to a high standard made it one of the highlights of our day in Oxford. We’re already plotting our next visit.

   Tasty, delicious food. A pity about 13.5% service charge, which seemed high.

   Brought customers to QUOD on a Sunday evening for a late meal - very relaxing after a long journey. Great food and service.

   Saturday evening,6:30pm the Quod was very busy. Booked a table for 4 for my son’s 21st birthday. Food was good but service was terrible. The waiter didn’t introduce himself, didn’t mention the specials board and hardly spoke the whole time. Food was delivered in stages where 3 of us had our main meal and 1 was waiting for a few minutes. It was the same for the deserts. We paid for the service but on reflection wish we hadn’t. I know it was busy but the noise levels were very high and it made the ambiance uncomfortable

   We met some friends for lunch, they had never been to quod,we have. Amazing food, atmosphere and our waitress Vanessa was Absolutely fantastic . She read her section so well.

    Fishcakes were dry and like warm, as was the spinach
