Arrived from Rome in 2014, the Mancini family decided to change their lives and embark on a new and exciting adventure in Australia. After several experiences as Chefs in Italy and also in Australia, Valentina and Otello decide in 2019 to return on the market with a singular hospitality concept that had already been successful in Rome since 2010 . Radici Pasta House, in Italian language “Radici” means roots indicating the intention to offer a cuisine deeply rooted in Italian food culture with a modern accent and an extreme attention to the overall experience. Head Chef Marco Minore, who also joined Radici Pasta House in 2019, with his menu has contributed to giving life to this project which, in addition to the particular chef table seats around the bar, represents something unique in Gold Coast and beyond.

    Best Italian restaurant on the coast in my opinion. We have dinner there every time we are down the coast. Exceptional food and a great wine list with some good Italian wines. Highly recommended!

    I felt the food was a bit bland was let down for what we paid and the seats were not comfortable. Nice atmosphere and service loved the cocktails.

    Food was amazing, always had great service here. Food is fresh, tasty and great amount of dish. Not to much and not to less -just right amounts. Great menu too. Thanks again for a great night and will see you again real soon .

    Always delicious food and good service. A regular meal for us as we love the consistently delicious fresh pasta .

    Friendly service accompanied by superb pasta! Wait staff are prompt with a great sense of humour. The pasta is freshly made and tastes terrific. Ordered the lasagne which was up there with the best. Also great choice of music playing in the background. Highly recommended.

    Whenever there is a special occasion we always book here. Today was our 25th Wedding anniversary and so we booked ! Once again everything was amazing 🤩 The service, staff, wine and of course the FOOD ❤️ We love that’s is our local go to Fancy Pants restaurant ❤️

    This was our 4th time at Radici Pasta House, and we have enjoyed our experience everytime. This time we choose to sit outside and unfortunately we had a few showers, we well protected by the umbrellas and even though the restaurant was full the staff asked a couple of times if we would like to move inside.
