   We placed our order (Cobb Salad and a Chicken Sandwich) and waited over an hour with no food. Meanwhile, other patrons were entering and seated next to us and received their food quite quickly. We asked our waiter twice about the food, he said it would be right out. 30 minutes later still no food. We requested the bill for our drinks and continued to wait another 15 minutes! Overall horrible experience with no customer service.

   I want to take the time to thank Brian, our server, for a great time. We are locals and never really ever go to the strip and he took the time to take care of us and ensure my daughter had a great time at the Rain Forest Cafe!

   Enjoyed dinner - excellent service! Noisey, families dining with small children. Somewhat expected, cannot figure out why people bring small kids to Vegas!

   Food was OK. service- our waiter only touched the table one time after she took the order and it was when we were pretty much done eating , got a to go order that they messed up, but I called and the manager on duty resolved it . Disappointed bc we bring the kids here every time we come

   Great experience, only showed up for souvenir cups but we still received the up most respect, a free photography session and a free keychain with the photos taken in the restaurant, they made up for not having one of the cups I was looking for by letting me choose a different one, great prices, and the coconut shrimp was phenomenal, will definitely be back :)

   Ashley was our server and she was super quick and very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. Celebrated my friend’s birthday and had a great time.

   Our server was amazing. Very attentive and excellent customer service. My husband and I requested for a bag for my doggy leftover and he went out of the way to make sure he got me a zip lock and a paper to wrap the leftover so it does not leak in my purse. Very impressed!

    I thought this Rainforest Cafe in the heart of the Vegas strip was worth the visit. I recommend sitting indoors though. The outdoor view, which I luckily avoided, wasn’t that good. Indoors are better at Rainforest Cafe anyway.
