   Food was pretty good. The service was alright. Our waitress was incredibly sweet, but we had issues with the check in/seating process, and we had to ask multiple times for a second high chair. We had a reservation then waited 20 minutes to be seated while they were wiping down our table, but during that time we saw multiple parties bigger than ours get seated. No one came to let us know the table was ready, so we had to ask.

   This was most amazing experience we have had at a Rainforest Cafe Our server was excellent, personable,friendly and attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner, piping hot, excellent portions. I suggest having reservations , we had a 530 reservation, and without one the wait was 2 hours. Highly recommend this location!!!

   Bring my daughter for her birthday. I brought my son last year for his birthday. I say that to say I will probably not be going back. My server was amazing. This was not by any means her fault. Our food, including appetizers, took more than 30 mins to come out. My shrimp was overcooked, food tasted unseasoned, and my son chicken and shrimp looked like it was from a freezer bag and just fried. I had a mirror experience the last time I brought my family there. The food is entirely overpriced, especially for the quality of it. We drove from Toledo, OH, just to come here for my kids' birthdays. Hopefully, the speed of service will get better as well as the quality and price of the food.

   Whole experience was bad, 2 separate reservations messed up. Ended with a 7:45 time slot and when we came in for our time they said they weren’t taking any more people because 2 customers got into a fight.

   The ambience is great and the food was good. Unfortunately, it took an hour from the time we ordered and the time our food arrived. Our appetizer came had clearly set out for quite some time since the queso had a thick skin on top. My son and his friends had a great time but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry.

   The waiters attitude was nonchalant she wanted a problem with my guest because there were so many of us and we gave her no problem at all but we received attitude from a couple of the staff members never again will I have a party there

   Awesomenes for kids and adults. Kids can be kids and laugh and make noise, as the environment itself has rainforest noises.

   I think Rainforest Cafe has been k on for its great rainforest atmosphere but also for having terrible food. It is still expensive, but there is nothing else like it. I love to take kids there. The food was actually great today. I really think people should give it another chance
