   This place is one of my favorite restaurants in the country. Food is excellent, I got the express lunch and it’s such a great deal that lets you try the majority of the menu without spending a ton. Service was amazing. If you want great ramen, there is no other place to go.

   My partner and I had the most incredible time celebrating a late Valentine’s Day. We were treated with bubbles and free donuts from the staff. What an incredible and unforgettable experience!

   I was very disappoint with my dinner experience. My friend and I both ordered the tan tan-San ramen after being told that they can omit the chili oil (or chili paste) and it wouldn’t be spicy. Sadly our soup arrived and it was spicy and my friend’s noodles were all clumpy. When we mentioned the spiciness of the soup to the server his excuse was that the “miso and tahini in the soup are spicy” and offered to bring some “plain vegetable broth” to me to help calm the spice. My friends received replacement noodles quickly, but the broth took 10 minutes to arrive and when I tasted it I found it was just hot water. I should say the service was fine and the manager was apologetic and we did not pay for the replacement noodles that my friend got or the “broth”. I am still sharing this review because was just disappointed with our meal. I feel like there should be a vegetarian soup option that is not spicy and bringing someone hot water saying it’s vegetable broth is not ok!
