I have been to several collab dinners at this location and while tonight’s food was delicious, I found today’s service to feel rushed. It was a fine enough dinner, but didn’t live up to prior experiences here; I was a bit disappointed this time.

Overall a great experience! The quality of the ramen does vary depending on how busy they are. This last time we went on a Friday night and the tan tan san ramen was luke warm and tasted watered down.

This place is one of my favorite restaurants in the country. Food is excellent, I got the express lunch and it’s such a great deal that lets you try the majority of the menu without spending a ton. Service was amazing. If you want great ramen, there is no other place to go.
