   Great food. Way overpriced, woke up the next morning feeling ripped off. Went once before, this was our second time. Felt like a tourist trap. Will not return.

   I was sooooo looking forward to my first Thanksgiving that I didn’t cook in over 30 years. I chose Ramsey because I was staying at the Mandarin for the night. This was an enormous treat for me. A celebration of a lifetime. The salad was wonderful but that is where it ended. The ‘roasted’ turkey was similar to packaged chicken breast saturated with sage. Nothing was roasted! They ran out of cranberry jam. That ran out of pumpkin-butterscotch budino. I asked for turnip purée as substitute for cranberry jam. They served it in a tiny cup as if it really was a jam and it was cold. I had a nice waitress but I was frustrated from trying to make it work so I paid the $135 and left. I’m so disappointed that I plan on making a rest Thanksgiving dinner for myself back home.

   Very good experience- service was superb and so was food. Took my son for his birthday. He got the beef Wellington and it did not disappoint. The waiver and manger were very attentive. We were treated to a kitchen tour / my son who is a Hell’s Kitchen fan loved it! Thanks RK for making it a memorable birthday!!

   My friend ordered the steak medium rare; first time it came out well done, we sent it back, it came out medium and then the last time it came out rare. SHOCKED the kitchen couldn’t cook a medium rare steak. The rest of the food was just fine, nothing special. The service was PHENOMENAL though.

   Solid Beef Wellington and delicious burger. It was a busy shopping Saturday and restaurant wasn’t too busy, so it was perfect for a nice, leisurely lunch.

   Superb lobster Benedict and brioche French toast with poached pear!! Lovely ambiance. Only downside was being shown 2 less than desirable seating options. When i chose a comfortable booth, all was good.

   This was a very loud, and very average experience. Was not worth the money this time. Felt more like a chain steak house than an elegant, fine dining experience. Disappointed.

    The overall experience was disappointing due to poor service. There was a lack of follow-up from the server throughout the meal. When we inquired about specials or off-menu items, we were initially told there were none. However, after noticing another table with a burger, we asked again and were informed that it could be requested—this was frustrating since we had asked about such options earlier. We received our appetizers without side plates, and despite requesting them, it took 20 minutes for the server to bring them. Our party of five also experienced delays with the entrées, as only three were served initially, with the remaining two arriving 15 minutes later. One of the steaks ordered medium-rare was cooked closer to medium, which did not meet expectations. The server seldom checked on us, leaving us feeling neglected. While the food was decent, the poor service, combined with the price and ambiance, led to an overall unsatisfactory experience.
