We wanted to try Ramsay's Kitchen for Mother's Day, though we found some things underwhelming and disappointing, we had an overall great experience. The fish and chips is a must try, as well as the Toffee pudding! I would most certainly skip the Beef Wellington, and expect that service can be quite slow even with the restaurant not being so busy.

Our meal was the Mother’s Day Special. It took a long time to get our meal and it was not hot. The waitress appeared to also be a bartender and we were not at the bar. Maybe the food was ready in a timely manner but due to the dual duties, she forgot. Ultimately our food was brought to us by someone else. I asked that person for a condiment and never received it. The waitress came by soon after we received our meal. I did not ask her for the condiment because the person that brought the meal said her would bring it. At the end of the meal my wife got the waitress attention as she was at another table to get more water. Because we were hungry, we consumed a cold meal. We were very disappointed at the poor service we received as it was not the case for the other customers around us. We traveled from out of state for a Mother’s Day meal that was truly disappointing!!

The food was all excellent from the salad to my steak and through dessert. Service was prompt, polite and professional. That said, I don't know if I could justify the price in most situations, but for a special enough occasion it may be worth it.

We each ordered fish and chips. Huge piece of fish. Mine was fried hard and crispy. So much breading that the fish actually fell out of crust. My friend’s fish wasn’t cooked so crispy but she didn’t think the fish was cooked done We weren’t impressed The Caesars salad I had was so salty that I didn’t eat it. And, I didn’t salt it. Very expensive meal $90 that really wasn’t good

We eat here often, it’s always a 10/10. Today was Mother’s Day I made reservations and it was definitely a 2/10…. Service was bad, food was unfortunately dry, overcooked and we waited over and hour for our food . Even guests beside us start to discuss their bad experience aswell. The manager did offer to compliment our bill. But as much as you pay and with the WHOLE meal and dining experience being displeased I’m afraid it may be going downhill. I also understand everyone has bad days but I felt like something could have been complimentary to help compensate our time especially on a holiday and as much as we pay.

Breakfast review. Menu is limited, long wait time for food to arrive. Water and coffee service was poor. Food quality was poor. The poached eggs served with the Eggs Benedict were nearly hard boiled. The server asked how the meal was, we were honest, even showed her the hard-boiled eggs from the Benedict. She offered us the knowledge that the kitchen struggles with poached eggs. Not sure what I was supposed to do with that information, but she brought the bill quickly and offered no concessions.

Food was very disappointing. Sticky cauliflower was undercooked, breading inside was still wet. Ordered Fish and chips and grease was dripping from the fish onto the table. It was awful. The chicken milanese was over cooked. The server was very sweet..Megan I think.
