   Everything about this restaurant was good, but nothing was spectacular. As such, it falls short of its lofty expectations. The ambience is nice, but too loud. The menu is disjointed and lacks cohesion, and really struggles for an identity. Is it a steakhouse? Is it a seafood restaurant? Is it Asian fusion? The food is good, but too expensive for how good it is.

   Service was very food food was also...ambience was romantic but casual ... we enjoyed going there for our 39th wedding anniversary....

   I was a little disappointed with this experience. 3 different employees asked if we were celebrating anything special. I told all 3 of them that it was my birthday and I was assuming they were asking to prepare something special, but I wasn’t offered anything.

   I have been here a handful of times and have had some kind of an unpleasant experience each time...this is the first time I have posted a negative experience anywhere, but this time I'm surprised and disappointed. Also-reached out directly to Ramsays and did not get a response. Not surprising based on the service and quality experienced. Spent over $400, btw. Went for a birthday, put it on the the reservation, mentioned it multiple times - no acknowledgement. The food- was average at best. Parker House rolls were dry and lame. The entrees were average considering the price point. The $80 strip steak was strikingly average for the price!! Do not bother. Our server knocked over our bottle of wine, plenty of the wine spilled, and she did not even offer any kind of replacement...barely wiped it up. Ramsays does not deliver what it is selling- probably won't last. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

   Hi Ramsay’s Kitchen Team, I wanted to share some feedback from my visit on Saturday evening at 7:15 PM. We were really excited to come in—I’m a big fan of Gordon Ramsay and had been looking forward to experiencing the restaurant! Unfortunately, our visit didn’t quite meet expectations. We ordered the fish and chips, and while it looked great, the fish was super greasy and overcooked, which was disappointing. On top of that, the timing of service felt a bit off —our appetizer and entrees came out at the same time, and our cocktails didn’t arrive until about 10 minutes after our food. The whole dinner felt very rushed; we were in and out in 30 minutes, which wasn’t what we had hoped for. I know this isn’t up to the standards Gordon Ramsay is known for, so I wanted to share my experience in case it’s helpful. I’d love to come back and try again because I know how amazing this place can be. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

   The service was excellent, and the food was good, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. It was tasty, but I didn’t feel it was worth the price. I would go again though to try other items.

   Food was meh, had the Wellington and butter chicken and took a very long time which is fine if the result was amazing , it wasn’t. Was told the sticky tofffee date bread was amazing , it was some kind of syrup dropping from spoon mixture of an average dessert. Place is gorgeous , service is ok , nothing spectacular and nothing terrible just not special. Odd things to like the water , … kind of expect it to be filtered or the Wellington tasted like it was just warmed up. Plating was outstanding but again like the place gorgeous in appearance but lacking substance. Same with the butter chicken , chicken was tender or brined and just below what a basic Indian place might serve.

   The great part is the service - our server Zac was fantastic. Super personable, and you can tell he enjoys what he does. However, I'm a person that believes in value, and here, you're definitely paying for the name. The food was good, don't get me wrong, but the $81 NY strip steak I ordered definitely wasn't worth $81. None of the food was. If I'm paying $81 for a steak, my mind better be blown. And sadly, it was not. Same goes for the appetizer ($25 for the bone marrow) and dessert ($15 for the vanilla cheesecake). My mocktail was delicious and refreshing, and the overall ambiance was great. But my total bill, with tip, was $132 just for me, and I don't feel like I got my money's worth. So Zac, thank you for the wonderful service, but I don't think my friends and I will be back.
