   The food is very small portions and definitely not worth the price. When I made the reservation they ask are you celebrating anything special i said yes that it was my wife's 50th birthday dinner. When we arrived we were seated and our order was taken almost immediately we barely had a minute with the menu. The food arrived cold and tasteless our waitress who took the order was not the server who served it and we had to flag her down for a drink refills. When she brought the drink refills she said these don't look right i had the same thought she looked at us again and said I wouldn't drink those I'll be back with different ones. My thought was why would you even bring them if they didn't look right? About ten minutes later brought back different drinks didn't say anything just set them on the table. We have celebrated many birthdays there and they always bring a free dessert but tonight we were charged $14.00 for a extremely small piece of cheesecake it was about 3 bites total. In my opinion very overhyped and not worth it.

   From the server's welcome to the payment of the check, the experience at the restaurant was top notch. Food delicious, drinks tasty, and overall a fabulous experience.

   If you are seated anywhere near the kitchen area, the yelling and other noise makes conversation impossible. Ridiculous.

   The service and food was great! We got the specials, NY strip steak and my husband said it was the best steak he’s ever had. I had the branzino and risotto and it was awesome! I took 1 star away because the sticky toffee pudding was not good. We’ve had it in Vegas at a different Ramsey restaurant and it’s definitely not the same. This was very dry. Shame since it’s a signature dish.

   Food was really good but my steak was overcooked. Service was excellent!! It was very loud especially if you sit near the kitchen.

   I had previously dined at this restaurant when it first opened and had a terrible experience. Beginning with a reservation and still had to wait over an hour to be seated. The service was terrible and chaotic. We experienced many problems with food. On this visit my friend wanted to try the restaurant so I thought after 18 months I would give it another try. This time the service was much improved but the food was not very good especially considering what they charge. Most things Gordon Ramsey condemns other restaurants for I experienced here perhaps he should try visiting some of the restaurants he leases his name to.

   This was our first time dining at Ramsys Kitchen in Naperville, we drove an hour just to try it!My adult son and I ordered the crab cake and potato leek soup to start, both were very delicious.My son ordered the beef Wellington he loved it, I took a couple bites as well it was very good.I ordered the lobster and shrimp spaghetti and it was just ok, the sauce was very watered down so it wasn’t a creamy buttery texture like I’m used to eating.So no sauce actually stuck to the noodles which made them kinda of bland. The three big shrimp and couple pieces of lobster was good but like I said would have been better if the sauce wasn’t so watered down.I tried to tell our server about this but he just smiled. Would I order that dish again, no I wouldn’t.The sticky toffee pudding was warm and very delicious we loved it and the cheesecake was so good. We did enjoy our Saturday mom/son evening out. The servers and all the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was very nice, we liked watching and hearing the chefs cook as we were right in front of them.Kitchen area was all very clean and well organized, that’s a big plus when it comes to where you eat at and most are hid so your unsure but not here so that was great. We will be back again as there were several other options we would like to try.

   The food was very good with the exception of the butter chicken. The eater said the combination of ingredients in the butter chicken, on paper look good, however the dish itself did not taste very good. On the flip side, the beef wellington, pan-seared scallops, fish & chips, truffle potato gratin, potato leek soup, scotch egg, jumbo lump crab cake, parker rolls, sticky toffee pudding, and the vanilla mascarpone cheesecake, were all very good. The waiter was very professional and took the time to talk about every dish on the menu since it was the first visit for half of our party of four. He also stopped by our table to ensure our water glasses were kept full as well as asking if anyone would like another cocktail. Every restaurant staff member I encountered, whether serving our table, just passing by or serving those seated at the bar, seem to enjoy their job. If you arrive hungry, be ready to order 2-3 menu items because the food portions are very small. Knowing this now, would I go back to Ramsays Kitchen again…. ABSOLUTLEY!

    The signature dish Beef Wellington was just fine. Nothing to brag about, or order again. The daily special steak was more expensive than the beef Wellington but was excellent. Crab cake was just fine as well as the 2 desserts we ordered. The wedge salad was ok, 3 little pieces(1/2” square”) of bacon in total on it. The place was loud, food all about presentation vs substance and taste. Not much ambiance to enjoy an anniversary dinner. Will not return. For reference it was a 5pm Friday dinner.
