   Overall it was good. But 3 out of 7 of us at our table got the lobster roll. There was shells in all 3 of them. There was little sauce as well.

   Didn't include the sticky rice & thai apple slaw, and didn't inform me it was not included, I figured it out myself and confronted the waitress and chef. Was compensated.

   Unfortunately the dining room area is sooo dark you can’t even see. Food came out cold. Out of all their main menu items. Service slow. Hard to get water refills

   The atmosphere was more like a fast food joint as opposed to a classy restaurant. Wait times were excessive, food was sub par (potatoes weren’t cooked through, several items were sold out by 7pm, steak was flavorless). Constant yelling of “service” at the food line was distracting to the over all experience. For the price, I expected more

   We dined on Christmas Eve and it was very busy. However our reservation was not ready can we have to wait twenty minutes. Our appetizers were great. However, we got our meal without our aside dish, which came fifteen minutes later. My steak was tender, but lukewarm, almost room temperature. Desserts were delicious. It was very noisy because we were seated by the kitchen with a manager screaming explitaves at the kitchen help, just like Chef Ramsay. I will not be back.

   The atmosphere is beautiful and every detail is well thought out. The food is delicious and the cocktails were perfect. With that being said, the price is just expensive for the sake of being expensive. The food wasn’t superior to other steakhouses or fine dining in OK. I will go back during social hour for the cheaper drinks and apps but likely won’t go back for dinner.

   My son was literally shocked by how great the beef Wellington was. Expensive dinner for a family of 5, but the quality matches the price point.

   Makayla was our server and she was fun and efficient. We sat by the kitchen and one of the people watching the food come out was yelling SERVICE all the time. It was quite alarming to the atmosphere. We ordered a bottle of wine and instantly noticed our server was inexperienced and poured straight toward the label instead of the opposite side. Not a big deal but just figured they would teach them how to serve wine. We went for Christmas and my hubs had the fillet and added bone marrow. He also ended up getting 2 scallops for some reason. The bone marrow was pretty bland. I had the scallops and they were really good. We also got a side of Brussel sprouts (which we eat at home at least 1-2 times a week). They were not seasoned at all. We were really disappointed. For the cost, we felt the food should have been more flavorful.

    Christmas Day meal was very pleasant in large part because of the courtesy and kindness of waitperson Victoria. Victoria served Christmas Day 2:30-4:00 pm. A QR code was provided but would not engage. Please note a 5* rating for waitperson Victoria, who is a very professional member of the Ramsay’s Kitchen staff in Oklahoma City. Thank you
