   Live music was a real plus. He is very talented and played at just the right level to not be intrusive.

   This was our first time at Killer Creek and I want to equate that the service and the food selection was due to the prix fix menu and it being on Valentine’s Day. They were sold out of lobster which was the most appealing menu choice. Our bill was $258 and we tipped our waitress $50 and she never brought us water. She didn’t bring us any hand cloths at the end to wipe her hands, like all the other tables. She never brought my husband salad dressing as he waited for 30 minutes, it was just really poor service. I don’t know if she was tired or new or she just did not know what to do but we will try them again and we definitely will request a different server and never go on Valentines Day. appealing menu choice

   Had a reservation for 9, we showed up about 5/10 minutes early, and had to wait 40 minutes to get seated. Upon getting seated, our order wasn’t taken for 10 minutes, and it then took over an hour to get any food at all. The staff was all clearly and visibly frustrated, management offered free drinks, but I am currently sitting in the restaurant, over 2 hours after my reservation and I have not received an entree. Staff was nice but this experience was unacceptable

   Those Valentine's Day meal prices were way too high. Everything else about the restaurant was excellent.

   Did not meet my expectations for food value and service was the best it could be on that night. The fried lobster tail was the standout from the menu, but the entire menu didn’t feel special. The warm rolls described in the menu never met my table. Instead, stiff bread in a basket is what was served. Got dessert boxed up since the wait had been long all night. I’m grateful to have been in the company of one of the most special people in the world; I just wish I had picked a different place for Valentine’s.

   A complete rip off for Valentine’s Day. Too much to describe in 50 characters. Highly disappointed. Rays has gone down!

   I wish we would have know that the prix fixe menu was the only option on Valentine’s Day. It ended up costing way more than we had anticipated. It was also our anniversary, and we had hoped for at least a special table or something. The food was great (except for the crab cake which tasted like a gingerbread cookie- it was weird). Our server was not super attentive (although it was busy). I really would have loved for my water glass to be refilled more than twice during a 3 hour meal. It was great ambiance, but not sure it was worth the $400 (we only each had 1 drink).

    Outstanding food and service as always. Wife and I went here for a Valentine’s date after spending our rehearsal dinner here last year. Was a little nervous about sitting outside in February (we reserved close to the day and that’s all that was left), but it’s well heated and enclosed so we were very comfortable. Plus, it was quiet compared to sitting inside. High prices but justified by the wonderful quality of food and service. This will continue to be our go-to for special occasions.
