   Honestly very underwhelming. Definitely enjoyed the food they did a great job with the steak was very please but very disappointed with the service. Started off nice and formal and quickly became very informal and server at one point brought up "recreational activities" as we said we were headed to a concert, and also somwhow brought up and discussed how much he makes a year. Seemed very out of place. Food definitely saved the experience but would expect much more professional service when paying 500+ dollars for dinner.

   We were celebrating my daughter’s engagement so we were excited to celebrate in this lovely restaurant. Our server was woeful and acknowledged the special occasion with congratulations and complimentary champagne. The food was excellent, the drinks were good and the night was wonderful.

   We had a really bad experience. The food arrived later and under cooked. They missed some sides and drinks. 3+ hours for 5 people meal. The manager didn’t even apologized for the situation, just said OK.

   Worst service in the city. Never asked us to order, couldn’t get even water refilled, sent out the wrong food…and it wasn’t even busy. No excuse for the poor service.

   We went for a birthday dinner and they had a card from the staff waiting on our table. Our server acknowledged my birthday as soon as she greeted us. Our server was wonderful - very attentive, refilled water and drinks promptly, knowledgable about the menu. She brought me a complementary dessert to end our evening. We usually go to Ray's on the River, but were downtown for a conference and wanted to try this location. Food at either place never disappoints.

   The food is outstanding. We had the “Seafood platter and Bass”. They were delicious and very filling. Nice place for a date night.

    We had such a great time celebrating life at Ray’s in the City! The service was excellent! Hailey went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top tier! The food was amazing from the drinks, appetizers, and the entrees! I will definitely be returning very soon!
