Indulge in a world-class culinary experience at Bistro Europa, Rayson Winery’s full-scale restaurant. Our Chef showcases seasonal dishes inspired by fresh, local ingredients. Dine al fresco on our covered Veranda Patio with sweeping vineyard views, or cozy up in cooler months beside heaters and a glowing outdoor fireplace. Indoors, our beautifully renovated dining room offers refined elegance, with private dining rooms available by reservation.


Choose from elegant bistro tables, elevated high-tops, or picnic tables nestled among the vines. To preserve the serene atmosphere of our estate, we welcome guests 21+ and kindly ask that pets remain at home. We serve only Rayson wine and water.


Join us for wine tastings and wine service Wednesday–Sunday, with exquisite food service Thursday–Sunday.

    I love the staff at Rayson. They're so attentive and treat you so well. We always enjoy our time at the winery. We love the new Cab Sav & bubbles.

    Unless you like to share your meal with flies, stay home and save your money. Three times within 5 weeks the indoor fly issues creates a very unpleasant dinning experience. The food is great but hard to enjoy when you need both hands trying to wave away the flies.

    typically when we dine at Rayson, we choose the patio but we chose to sit indoors last night and it was lovely. Service by Sophie was outstanding; food was wonderful (try the goat cheese soufflé!!). One of our favorite places.
