Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky taste to the meat. The process could take many hours, leaving the meat tender and juicy.


Our award-winning smoker has been imported from the USA and is built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We use the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavour, and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 16 hours.

    Service was exceptional. It was my son’s 14th birthday and the lovely lady gave my son a birthday milkshake with a candle and even gave his girlfriend a milkshake too. Food was great as always!

    8 of us on the table. Ordered food and 5 of us were served, at which point 3 of us were told that they’d run out of the ribs we’d ordered so would have to order something else. This meant we didn’t eat all together and wasted 45 minutes of our evening waiting for the rest of the food. It put a massive dampener on my 40th birthday party

    Unfortunately the food was average at best. Cold chips, the burger had no sauce or flavours, when I asked for salt for the chips it never came, I also asked for some pots of buffalo sauce, they came 15 minutes later when we had finished. I would have said something but we never got a check back or asked how the food was. By the time the bill came, we just wanted to pay and go. Disappointing for the overall cost.

    Friendly staff, great service and amazing food, nothing really else to say. I Would highly recommend the bbq plates or if going as a group the bbq platters

    Tye waitresses were great. The lighting was a little too dark that we couldn't really see the menu. End up using the light on our phones. Disappointed that the unlimited wings is no longer
