   Seated in a cosy corner and it was surprisingly quiet. Great little venue - small enough that the service was excellent. The milkshakes were amazing, and the burger really fill you up.

   I visited this restaurant after going to the one in Shoreditch which was absolutely amazing. The staff at soho weren’t very friendly. Asked the server for the bill she didn’t bring it so I had to ask someone else then when we left, we saw it outside on her break. I had the Sunday ribs. Nothing seem fresh. The roast potatoes are definitely be heated in the microwave. My partner had the pork which was really tough and they’re fatty. My daughter had the Mac and cheese which was black on top. Not sure why I looked burnt but didn’t taste burnt. My partner also had a whiskey sour, which wasn’t made properly. The visit was very disappointing. I’d highly recommend the Shoreditch branch, but not the Soho.

   Best place I have been to for ages and will definitely be going back again ASAP. Food was absolutely delicious. Generous portions. House wine was excellent. Service was very friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere. Great value for money.

   The service was well below par, the staff came across like they didn’t want to be there, no enthusiasm at all. The tables of 4 are way too close together you can’t help but hear the other tables conversations. Let alone when people want to get out from the table. They offer GF items but essentially the ribs are just plain no sauce with this option. The patties in the burgers are GF & they had a bun but the menu says lettuce wrap however most of the burger toppings all contains gluten. Our food arrived before the drinks even arrived, I had to ask the staff about them & they then arrived a few minutes before the food was finished. The food that was ordered was really good, full of flavour & very tasty. Shame the front of house is a let down as the restaurant could be a super fab place as the food is great.

   I went a month ago, and the service and food seemed excellent to me. Today I felt that it was not the same. Terrible service and the food seemed to be from days ago.

   The food was great and the concept of the restaurant is good, but there was too many tables squashed into a small area. When ordering food platters you want some space to enjoy and it just felt very cramped. The staff were very rude and abrupt which is a shame as that’s why we wouldn’t return.
