   Absolutely horrendous experience! We made a reservation for Valentines Day, which also happens to be our anniversary. When we arrived, we were told there would be a wait for our table and we were okay with that given how busy Valentines Day is. We waited 30 minutes and were finally seated. This is where things went terribly wrong. Our server was friendly enough, all servers were required to work doubles so was a little frazzled. We ordered but had no idea the wait we were in for. After about 15 minutes from when we ordered, we heard the waiter tell another table the wait time for food was an hour. We were never informed of how long the wait time was. At that point, someone came out with a tray of food but it was the table who was previously sitting at our table and had to leave after waiting over an hour …. After waiting over 90 minutes, we asked the waiter to pay for what we owed and he said our food should be coming out soon so we waited. Our reservation was 7 pm and we were served food at 9:30. We ended up eating the crab legs and three biscuits for our dinner. We brought home the majority of our food because we don’t normally eat that late at night. The waiter was basically absent from our area for over an hour while we waited. We heard multiple mentions of people walking out. We were offered a free dessert which we took…to go. While I understand this is a busy night, it was ultimately mismanaged. If you can’t handle the volume, don’t take the reservations. We basically reserved a table to wait 2 hours for a take out dinner.

   The service was very rushed and a bit rude. The quality of the food was worse than other times given that the kitchen was just trying to get out food as quickly as possible. All in all a bad experience.

   The waiter was awesome… the management really screwed up. They under staffed or over booked reservations. We had had to leave after 1.5 hours as our food had not been started and we had not expected to have dinner be over 2 hours, and had to pick up our kid. So we never got to eat sadly. That said our waiter was a rock star given the situation.

   We dined on Father’s Day, so the restaurant was buzzing. We could tell our server was stressed, and with a large party of 7 (with a couple stragglers) she seemed annoyed at first. We tried our hardest to not be THAT table, and we made sure to let her know we appreciated her working at day and taking care of us. The food was plentiful for the cost. My husband and I upgraded our sides to the bacon Mac and cheese, but we did not enjoy. My grandpa took it home. There were lots of leftovers, not because the food wasn’t good, we just had that much food!

   Being added to wait list was very good. We were seated in less than 5 minutes. Restuarant was very crowded being Fathers day so service was a little slow, but still good.

    We made reservations beforehand so that helped with not waiting for a table. Our waitress was great, very friendly and nice. The food was also good.
