   Hosts did not greet me. It took over 15 min to get a server to greet us and take our drink order. The deal for the food was decent. Service got better throughout the night.

   Service was a bit slow, probably because of the limited number of staff. That said, our server was very attentive and responsive. The food was just so-so, but typical for a chain. Appetizers were good. We had calamari and stuffed mushrooms. The kids loved the chocolate cake and ice cream;-)

   The food was delicious. Service is very slow here. I have been to this location several times over the past 5 months, and service is slow. Tonight, I was eating dinner and get an email from OpenTable, saying I never showed up to the restaurant. I walked to the hostess, who reversed it and said she just came in. The weird thing is, is when I walked in, I was told they checked me in?!?

   First of all there is no reservation, even though you request priority seating via open table when you get to the restaurant you have to wait like if you would have just arrived without reserving. Then after we waited for over an hour the service was terrible, we waited for another 30 min for the server to come and get our drinks order just to comeback 15 min later empty handed. Food tested bland and it’s not worth the wait. I will not be returning to that Red Lobster or any other one for that matter.

   Service was terrible. They bought the bread, water and salads out, we had no silverware on table. We waited at least 8 min to get the silverware to eat the salads. Just a bad experience but we have been here several time but this was definitely their off night the manager did jump in to try and save the night. The damage was done but her help was greatly appreciated

   The food was great and the guy we worked with was attentive. The service was extremely slow. We didn't even see anyone for almost 30 minutes and was told that there was only 3 servers working.

    Poor inattentive service. Food came out all different times so our table couldn't eat together. Took a long time to even get water. I had to ask if we could order and then our waitress walked away, taking a long time to come back. The order was incorrect when it eventually came out. Bill had errors on it. 2 hour dinner out with kids so it went too long and too late. Yet, very expensive...will not be back.
