   Had reservations on Valentines Day. Told when we arrived they had to seat everyone in lobby first. Only waited about 15 minutes but seated in freezing cold room in the back. waited an hour and a half for our food, which was overcooked. Restrooms closed for cleaning in middle of food service and both soap dispensers broken. Another long wait for bill. Obviously they were busier than expected and server was very nice but did not expect to spend 2.5 hours at Red Lobster. Did not offer to comp anything or a dessert.

   We made a RESERVATION, and upon arriving we were told that our reservation wasn’t actually a reservation but a spot for the call-ahead seating waitlist which wasn’t honored anyways because we were placed at the bottom of the waitlist. The wait was an hour when we arrived, and we were on a schedule, so we had to leave and eat elsewhere. I will never patronize here again.

   The waitress was wonderful, she was polite, and helpful. The food is excellent! We will be back again.

   Didn’t really know what to expect as I’ve never eaten at a Red Lobster. The food was just ok. The seafood seemed fresh enough but it the dishes and sauces were just so greasy and took away from the flavor of the actual seafood. We even ordered some chicken fettuccine and the Alfredo was just so oily and buttery that it basically overpowered what a good noodle dish should be. Our server was very friendly and helpful. No complaints there. The cheese biscuits were good. The food was also very over priced for what it is. I’m all about fine dining and spending big when needed but seriously, $100 for crappy food…not great. Maybe I shouldn’t have gone into this expecting HQ seafood like at Mastros or Nobu
